I LOOOOOVE these!!!!!! I have always loved using dichroic glass in my Sea Beads but felt that the murrini could use a little more Oomph. I always hesitated adding Dichroic glass to a new murrini recipe due to the $165 per pound price and the amount you need to use of it to make it really good and sparkly. Using thin layers or just stringers result in very little sparkle. You need to use nearly a whole stick of the stuff to get what I wanted. But I figured "What the heck...I'll just use them on my special beads." But then, why not see if other people want them? They just have to be a bit more $ than usual ones but to me, it's worth it.

To use: No special treatment needed, although I would not recommend totally frying them. No need to encase.
